FIRST EDITION of the greatest Haggadah of the 20th century, finely printed in color on vellum, one of only 250 numbered signed copies. The entire edition of the celebrated Szyk Haggadah, was printed on vellum and signed by both Szyk and Roth. The trade edition did not appear until 1956.

This collection comprises an important ambrotype group portrait of the family by Brady Studios, a fine Brady salt print portrait of Lyman Beecher, a hand-colored photograph of Mrs. Henry Ward Beecher as a young lady, and a signed cabinet card photograph of Harriet Beecher Stowe.

FIRST EDITION of the first true American atlas, the earliest atlas of the United States engraved and published in America. This important volume contains several important state maps including the first American map representing Virginia after statehood. In the preparation of this atlas, Carey drew primarily on existing sources including Guthrie’s Geography. Many of the maps were drawn by Samuel Lewis.
