Apollo 8 six-cent commemorative stamp, Manned Spaceflight Cover Society red ink stamp reading: “The first visit of the Russian Cosmonauts Georgiy Beregovoy (Soyuz 3) Konstantin Feoktisov (Voskhod 1) to the NASA Manned Spacecraft Center Houston, Texas, October 21-22, 1969.”

Frank Borman (commander of Apollo 8, first mission to fly around the moon)
Tom Stafford (commander of Apollo 10)
Jim Lovell (commander of the ill-fated Apollo 13)
David Scott (commander of Apollo 15).
Gene Cernan (commander of Apollo 17 and “last man on the moon”)
Bruce McCandless II (Apollo and Space Shuttle pilot, first man to make an untethered spacewalk)
